We really need to consider bringing back the death penalty for many of these crimes. Most of them dont care about spending many years in prisons, but knowing they are going to be executed, will make a lot of them think twice. And save a ton of taxpayers money keeping these insane monsters alive.

Hogweed are you talking death for non violent crimes like drug dealing? I’M all for it if someone took a life. But the punishment has to match the crime. I’m more for getting medieval. lets castrate rapists. cut hands off of thieves. But I draw the line at taking a life when its not warranted.

considering the expense of housing crimnals in jail, and the recidivism rate, i would be all for just killing them after the second offense. everyone makes mistakes, but if the punishment is so severe, you would see a WHOLE lot less crime.
There is ZERO defense for robbing someone, for Beating someone, for any crime.
you know what your doing, you don’t accidentally loot a store during a riot.
