Is anyone else having issues starts to download for about 30sec then comes up with error and goes back to zero

Having the same error issue, managed to get it to limp up to 28.6% but it’s stayed there for weeks now. Really appreciate the upload as it’s exactly what I was after, but would love to be able to finish the download!
