As usual, you’re awesome Delrow. This one is at the top of my list as you listed it as a “good read” and I know you have excellent taste.
I’m about 84 minutes in to the recording as its doing a strange skipping thing. I can still hear the words that are being read, but in the background you can hear a really bad, choppy cell phone call. Please don’t take this as a complaint, it’s not. I just thought I’d let you know. I very much appreciate everything you take the time to share! Especially when you label which ones are good and which ones are just ok :-)

Okay, I think I figured it out. The voice was echoing from the beginning and then about 80 min started skipping as well. When I switched from speaker phone to headphones to go out and walk the dog, it played fine. When I came back in and went back to speaker phone the echoing was back. I tried my Bluetooth speaker and it still wasn’t working. I swithced to headphones and it was better but still not great. I went to only the right head phone and it was fine. When i listened to just the left the skipping was there. So I just listened with my right ear but now with about 90 min to go, the right side is skipping to. I have no idea what any of this means but a while back I had this happen to me on a different book and I ended up just not listening to it. So if anyone else runs in to this, try the one ear thing. I hope this helps someone! …off to check out Delrow’s latest uploads :-)
